How to keep track of your Package/Pass purchased?
​
After payment is made online,
1) Register an account on Dee Dream Life's online customer relationship management online system on www.advocado.me (using email).
​
2) Send a WhatsApp or SMS to +852 63344266 to include payment receipt to request for prepaid class or packages to be uploaded on the system. Please quote the phone number used for registration if it is not the same as the phone number of the WhatsApp account.

5-Class and 10-Class Package

There is NO EXPIRY DATE for all prepaid classes.

You can use the packages to attend any public group class on schedule

No refund of unused classes is allowed.

Class packages are transferable, can be shared with others

Monthly Unlimited Pass

Payment can be made on any day of the month and commences on the payment date.

No refund is allowed after payment.

Extension of pass is granted only if all classes are cancelled by Dee Dream Life at least 2 consecutive days in a row.

The equal number of days of consecutive full day cancellation would be granted in the extensions.
